Self Help For Panic Attacks Is Literally 4 Rules Away

What if I told you that self help for panic attacks was literally sitting right under your nose and all you had to do was believe in change, and follow 4 Rules.

Self Help For Panic Attacks - Rule 1 -  Trust that I am going to tell you the truth and open your mind up to something completely new, and be willing to try it.

Self Help For Panic Attacks - Rule 2 - Except that panic attacks are in your life and now you will deal with them, not push them away.

Self Help For Panic Attacks - Rule 3 - Invite panic into your daily routine and get familiar with all the threats they turn up with.

Self Help For Panic Attacks - Rule 4 - Move on straight after a  panic attack has arrived and threaten you as if nothing happened.

Believe me my thought was just that and maybe a little bit more, but the point is, I tryed it and after several attempts and a few weeks later I had stopped the intensity of the fear that usually arrived with the attack. What does that mean? Well the less intense the panic attack is, the  less chance it will scare you.

NOW, noticed I said stopped the fear. Panic attack survives on your fear, the less reaction they get from you when they invade, the less of a threat they become. Eventually they stop arriving as there is no fear to give them power. This is how you end the cycle, CUT off the fear and the attacks vanish.
